Adrianne Curry Quotes & Info
On competing in America's Next Top Model: "I did it as a last resort. I had quit modelling because it wasn't working out. I wanted to go to college. Then this came up, and who doesn't wanna be a supermodel? It's every girl's dream."
Adrianne was the winner of the first season of the reality show, "America's Next Top Model", which ran in 2003.
Prior to her success from appearing on ANTM, Adrianne worked as a waitress at Hooters, after dropping out of high school. During this period she also struggled with drug addiction and was unsuccessful in her modeling career, falling for several fake agencies and scams.
After the end of the first season, controversy arose surrounding Adrianne's winnings as promised by the show. A supposed big contract with Revlon and other deals never came through, as she explained for publications. Adrianne also publically expressed her dislike for Tyra Banks, due to her experience on the show with her.
Since then, Adrianne has been shot for numerous publications such as InStyle, Marie Claire, Maxim, People, Stuff, and including a spread in Playboy magazine for which she was paid $1 million USD.
Adrianne has also appeared in several TV shows such as "Half & Half", and a docu-series on VH1 about her life and marriage with Christopher Knight.
In 2005, she was ranked #100 for Maxim's Hot 100 Women.

Where is her Playboy pictorial? As I recall, it was incredibly hot and sexy. And, a little different than most PB pictorials.
