• What is One Thousand Models?
  There are alot of models out there, and we thought it would be interesting to have them presented in an unique way - an eventual 1000 of them listed on a single page. The mosaic on the homepage gives you a quick glance at some well known models, and probably some you've never heard of. The larger the picture, the more popular. OneThousandModels.com also features:
  
  Tagging
  Tags allow you to quickly associate certain words or phrases to models or photos. You can use this to your benefit by tagging groups of like-photos or models with the same words or phrases that describe them, allowing you to find them easier later. The effect of tags is site-wide, so what you enter will be reflected upon the site's growing and changing list of keywords. This gives you the opportunity to explore other members' tags and find other interesting models and photos that people have contributed to.
  
  Favorites
  Any particular model or photo on the site can be saved to your list of Favorites, from which you can share with others by sending them your Member profile link. You can also explore all the tags and comments you've made for the models and photos on the Member page.
  
  Groups
  Groups, like tags, are also something that site members can contribute to. Under any photo, certain Group lists will appear allowing you to cast what you think is the most appropriate characteristic for the photo in that Group. In turn, you'll be able to browse photos via Groups, view their tags, and which is most popular.



• How do I update my profile?
  After you've registered your username, your Member profile page will be located at http://onethousandmodels.com/members/<username>. From there, you can choose Edit Profile.



• What is Weekly Top Movers?
  Every week, the web popularity of the models on the site is compared to the previous week. Those with the highest percentage change are the highest listed on Weekly Top Movers. For example, if a certain model has been in the news alot recently, you can probably expect to see her near the top of the list. For a more visual view, see the WTM home page.
  
  
• How can I get a model listed?
  We're still in the process of adding more models to the site as regularly as we can. If there's any lesser known or up-and-coming models that we don't have listed, let us know about them.
