Heather has been shot several times for Italian and British Vogue, and in editorials for V Magazine.

She confesses that she was the girl "in high school that nobody wanted to talk to."

On July 22, 2006, Heather passed away in a fatal car accident. She was on her way to Newark airport in a limousine after doing a photo shoot in New York.

She had walked for such brands as: Prada, Miu Miu, Gucci, Burberry, Jil Sander, Chanel, Lanvin, and Chloe.
